How to Book

 

Step 1

Check our Availability Calendar to see whether the campervan you would like to hire is available. If there is a provisional booking over the dates please contact us anyway in case the booking is changed.

Step 2

To make a booking please email us at info@highlandcampervans.com or phone us on +44 (0)1463 798009 to request a booking form and confirmation of hire prices.

Step 3

We will email you a booking form which you will need to complete with the drivers details and any other relevant information. Once completed, email (or you can post it if you don't use email) back to us.

Step 4

We will confirm the booking and then send you an invoice for the deposit. We require 50% of the basic vehicle hire costs to reserve your campervan. The final balance will be due 4 weeks before your hire and will cover the remaining vehicle hire costs, plus any additional extras requested.
