How to Book

 

Step 1

Check our Availability Calendar to see whether the campervan you would like to hire is available. If there is a provisional booking over the dates please contact us anyway in case the booking is changed.

Step 2

To make a booking please email us at info@highlandcampervans.com or phone us on +44 (0)1667 493976 to request a booking form and confirmation of hire prices. If you email, please also provide a contact telephone number if possible in case of any email problems.

Step 3

We will email you a booking form which you will need to complete with the drivers details and any other relevant information. Once completed, email (or you can post it if you don't use email) back to us. Please note that we try to reply to all emails/phone messages within 3 days. If you don't appear to have received a response from us, please check your email 'junk mail' folder and if you still can't see a message, please do get back in touch in case we didn't receive your initial contact.

Step 4

We will confirm the booking (normally via email) and then send you an invoice for the deposit. We require 50% of the basic vehicle hire costs to reserve your campervan. The final balance will be due 4 weeks before your hire and will cover the remaining vehicle hire costs, plus any additional extras requested.

Highland Campervans has a policy that we will reply to all enquiries within 3 days of receiving emails/phone messages. If you have emailed us and don't appear to have received a reply, please check your emails 'junk mail' folder - BT are particularly bad at sending our reply directly to a junk folder.
