Warranties

All newly-converted Wellhouse Leisure campervans come with an AA warranty for vehicle engines and parts. The standard period for most campervans is 12 months but all Toyota-based campervans have a 3 year warranty.

The AA warranty scheme covers all standard mechanical breakdowns but does not include wear and tear, neglect or corrosion. All vehicles under the warranty must also keep up a servicing schedule which is every 6 months or 6000 miles (whichever is sooner) to keep the warranty valid. Because the warranty is insurance-based, it means that should work be necessary, it can be undertaken at your local garage and vehicles do not have to be returned to Wellhouse Leisure for servicing.

The internal Wellhouse Conversion is covered for a standard 12 month period, but again does not include wear and tear or accidental damage and neglect. Because the internal conversions are specialist, campervans may need to be returned to Wellhouse Leisure Scotland in Inverness or to Wellhouse Leisure's main base in Yorkshire, for work to be undertaken.
