A 2007 Mitsubishi Delica 2WD campervan imported from Japan by Wellhouse Leisure and due to go into design and production towards the end of 2017. The conversion is expected to be completed in February 2018 (approximately) and should arrive with us for the start of the season!
The base vehicle has a 2.4 litre petrol engine with an automatic gear box, and comes with air conditioning, alloy wheels, twin air bags, stereo / CD, ABS, electric windows, central locking and rear tinted glass. The Delica has the same engine and gearbox as the Mitsubishi Outlander meaning replacement parts are easily obtainable, if required.
The 2 berth campervan conversion will include a passenger swivel seat with table for dining. A side kitchen is planned behind the driver’s seat, with hob and sink, and a 12v compressor fridge. Cupboards and a wardrobe will provide storage space. A rock and roll bed will be installed in the rear providing a further two travel seats. A front elevating roof with optional roof bed will provide a further 2 berths suitable for smaller children. Fresh and waste water tanks will be fitted, and a blown air heater will provide heating to the campervan.
Also included are; leisure battery, electric mains hook up lead, 100w solar panel, 3 year vehicle and conversion warranty and 6 months road tax.
