Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

Please note that these amendments are only for Covid cancellations, our usual terms and conditions apply for any other cancellations.
We highly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen events as soon as possible after making a hire booking.
If the UK Governments impose local non-essential travel restrictions that prevent you from leaving home to collect your motorhome this policy will apply.
If the Scottish Government imposes local restrictions that prevent Highland Campervans from being able to offer you a motorhome this policy will apply.
If you are ill with Covid or have been advised to self-isolate, this policy will apply and proof may be requested.
Covid Booking Amendments
You may defer your booking, free of charge, to a later date (subject to availability). Any monies already paid will be held for use against the future booking.
If your new booking costs more than your original booking, you will need to pay the difference.
If the new booking changes from high to low season dates or only a lower priced motorhome is available, the cost will be adjusted accordingly.
If you decide to fully cancel because of Covid related restrictions noted above an administration fee of £100 will be retained and the rest of your booking fee refunded.
If you wish to claim on travel insurance, we will be happy to issue a cancellation invoice for you.
