Surfing & Rib Tours

North Coast Watersports provide premium surf lessons, equipment hire and RIB tours situated on the North Coast 500. Embrace Scotland’s amazing waves and beautiful coastline with their Scottish surf champion coaches!

The award winning surf lessons are focused on fun, progress & safety in the ideal location. There’s no need to worry about the cold- they provide super cosy winter wetsuits! 

A group or private lesson at Dunnet beach is perfect for any ability level. Their experienced instructor will personalise the lesson to your needs. 

A RIB tour is the ultimate adventure! Take in the amazing caves, archways & beautiful beaches as you explore Island Neave, Eilean Nan Ron & the Rabbit islands- some of the most incredible, over looked areas in Scotland. Hear local tales and learn about its wildlife. You’ll have the chance to spot seals, dolphins, a variety of birds and even orcas! 

Cycling

The Scottish Highlands are vast with some incredible locations for cycling. Ticket to Ride is a bike hire company based in Inverness who hire mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, road bikes, E-bikes and kid's bikes.  All our hire vehicles have bike racks and Ticket to Ride can deliver your bikes to our depot in time for your campervan collection, saving you the hassle and the time!

42 Cycling is a Highland cycle tour provider operated by experienced cycling professionals and provides guided Highland road bike tours, mountain bike tours and respite and wellness tours.

Activity Days

Cairngorm Activities are based in Grantown-on-Spey and offer a range of outdoor activities on land and on water in the Cairngorms National Park.  If you are looking for a ready-made full day of adventure, then you could try their Couples Adventure Day, which includes a morning canoeing on the River Spey, a tasty lunch and an afternoon guided cycle through the pine forest.  

In Your Element offer outdoor experiences at several different locations within the Highlands, including Inverness, Aviemore, Cairngorms National Park, Loch Lomond and Loch Tay.  Whether its abseiling, climbing, paddle boarding, sea kayaking or even bushcraft skills, there is something for everyone of all ages.

Archery & Axe Throwing

Bowhunter Archery is situated on the A96 between Inverness and Nairn.  Activities include woodland archery, combat archery and axe throwing! Booking is required. 

Fishing

Scotland is famous for its magnificent salmon and you can learn to cast or just go fishing with the Green Highlander. Based in Strathglass near Inverness, with over 50 years of experience, you can experience 1-2-1 tuition with an expert and hopefully catch a fish!
