If your motorhome or caravan was purchased from Highand Campervans please contact our aftersales team on 01667 493976 or email email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
If you have purchased your leisure vehicle from another dealer and you require repairs under warranty, you will need to return to your supplying dealer.
If you do not wish to travel back to your supplying dealer, the alternative is to book into our workshop as a customer, have repairs carried out by us and then reclaim the cost yourself from your dealer. Please be aware that not all dealers support this and you should speak to your dealer for authorisation before choosing this option.
For appliances fitted to motorhomes or caravans that have extended warranties, we will advise you at the time whether we can assist in a warranty claim or not.
Due to the demand on our workshop, we are unable to carry out warranty repairs on non-Highland Campervans vehicles.
